Plush ski weekend for hubbies 40th bday

Have a mad plan to whisk my hubbie away skiing for a long weekend in Feb for his 40th as a surprise. Can anyone recommend a good company to go with or place to go? I was looking for something a but special or plush. We normally go skiing every year but I have never attempted a long weekend before. Thanks.

I was very satisfied with the (cheap) chalet I stayed in and the customer service, so it's probable the customer service would be fine at the other end of the market too.
