We are big fans of Hotel Alphubel in Saas Fee but want to try Zermatt. So imagine my delight to find a Hotel Alphubel in Zermatt. On one site it mentions the Supersaxo family but its own website mentions a different name and has very little info. It doesn't even say if it has family rooms. Does anyone have experience of the Zermatt hotel? Or can anyone recommend a family hotel in Zermatt? We are living in Switzerland for another year or so and want to visit Zermatt while we are here.
