Well, the scrum of people at my local Aldi yesterday certainly thought so. I love their merino wool base layers so was in buying that.

givemeaclue · 03/12/2012 11:16

Have they got any left?

We bought loads last year and its been great. Is it as good as North Face etc - obv not but at 10-20% of the price of top brands it's perfectly adequate

I think they are fab. I had them for DS beginning of this year and have also bought him some for 2014 as they are such a good price. Already had next years as I bought them in a sale but was very tempted to get him another set.

I tried on a ski jacket in there recently and the zip broke off in my hand! However ds did have a jacket and salopettes from in there a few years ago and they were very good.
