Organising work ski weekend - any suggestions?

I've rashly volunteered to organise a team ski weekend for 7 to 8 people. Does anyone have any suggestions/recommendations for making it a good one? Budget £450 to £500 inc flights.

Other factors - Mixed ability group with some absolute beginners, hotel or catered chalet preferrred, need ski convenience (esp for beginners) and short transfers, would like some alpine charm.

We went to Samoens last year and stayed here:

They specialise in short breaks. It's basic but handy for the slopes.

Samoens itself is a gorgeous Alpine village and there is plenty of scope for beginners and experts alike as we had a mixed group. And it's only about 1.5 hours from Geneva.
