Esprit cakes

Hello,

Just back from great Esprit holiday and particularly loved some of the afternoon cake selection. Meant to take a sneak at the recipe book but time disappeared. Anyone going / been had the banoffee cake and managed to snaffle the recipe - or could anyone if they're going soon? Infact the chocolate orange one was pretty good too, as were the muffins. Damn it, I just want all the recipes!!

Although the pounds I've piled on in the last week, you'd all be doing me a favour if you just ignored me!

you were lucky.... we've had some pretty dire offerings from esprit - depends on the particular chalet staff why not call the chalet direct?

I can't believe you are posting this either! IME you don't take an Esprit holiday for the food...... Wink

Oh yes, you'll have to call the chalet direct.

If there is such a thing as an esprit recipe book containing nice food recipes the people running the place I went to last year had not read their copy!

Grin the rest of the food was on the average side of edible but the cake was a definite winner with everyone! Only got a tiny slice so wanted to try and recreate it!
