Snow boots recommendation for fat calfs/calves?! dodgy spelling alert.

Can anyone recomment any decent snow boots for the larger calf.

I've tried many a lace up variety, but can't do em up over the larger (obviously more muscular Blush) leg that I seem to have acquired since last summer.

So, for fatty legs, which boots please?

Ella boots on Amazon. I too have muscular calves but went mad this winter and bought 4 pair of Ella's in different colours! They are on sale at the moment, some pairs only £15 ! (grumbles - having bought mine at £25).

Nice boots, fur lined, good colours

Ah these look great, thanks LtEveDallas, but' I'm not sure how they'd perform in wet slush and snow....

My first pair (last year) survived snow really well, but not so much slush. They've got a leather version tho' that I am currently coveting (like biker boots) in SoShoeMe. I may have to indulge...

(I've sprayed my other pairs with waterproofer, but haven't had to put them to the test yet - saying that even though they have been soaked through they haven't fallen apart)
