Grindelwald apartment/chalet

My dear mum is organising a skiing holiday for us (me and DP and DD who will be 3.9) and her and her partner. She wants to go to Grindelwald as they've been before and love it. She's looking for apartments, does anyone have any recommendations?

Also, any experiences of Grindelwald generally would be good to know, as I've not been and DP has never been on a skiing holiday.
Thanks

I believe its really nice. Havent been there myself. Ds went there on the school ski trip and the adults said the skiing area was fab and the town lovely. I am sure you will have a good time. If your partner likes the snow that is, and little DD is happy. My 11 yr old DS started skiing at 3.9 yrs and it seems a great time to start....no fear etc. and they are so low to the ground. Just ensure you guys all have the warm ski gear you will need. I find neck mufflers to put around your chin and nose are very essential , especially before the spring sunshine shows up.

Thanks nametapes, and good tip about the neck muffler.
I'm pretty sure DD will like skiing and as you say, no fear; DP, I'm not sure, but if he doesn't, they have a 7km toboggan run which he will.

Not been in winter, and I don't ski. But Grindelwald is beautiful and I am very jealous...
