Whistler 3yo - all in one or jacket & pants?

I can't decide what to buy an all in one or jacket and sallopettes? We are going to Whistler in March so it could well be chilly. She will be doing Whistler Kids 3-4 programme so outdoors quite a lot. She's pretty good with the loo (will be a year since training when we go) but does have a habit of waiting til desperate so I am not sure all in one a good idea but there obviously warmer for little ones. Any thoughts?

At that age we still went for an all in one , especially in bad weather. With the salopettes they still have to remove a jacket, hang it up and fasten/refasten so an all in one with just a zip seems a quicker option.

All in one.

We ski in Canada, but not Whistler, and at that age they take all the kids to the loo before lessons and then again at each break. Lash year they called it the 'pee train' and you had to catch the train before you could ski!
