Hi - just wondered if anyone has been to Engleberg - any views on whterh it would be skiable end November? Going to Zurich on business and thinking of maybe staying ver for the weekend and going to Engelberg - is this feasible?

Many times. You probably would n't be able to ski down below the Trubsee level and touch and go as to whether the other side of the valley would be open at all. However the Titlis glacier should be at least and probably the Jochpass runs but that isn't a vast amount of terrain and only experts can ski down from Titlis to the mid station (Stand) above Trubsee. Zurich is 1.5-2 hours away by train and the town and Titlis lifts are close to the station, so feasible for a day or two. hth
