Hotel Montana is right on the Piste. Not sure if it has covered parking but there is covered parking available through the Tourist Office - we used this in March 2009.

We stayed at Le Ski's Chalet Marmau which wasn't officially ski in/ski out but it was a short walk downhill to the piste and if you found the back way along the cross country ski track from the Folyere run and walked very carefully across the road you could ski back to the chalet.

I don't think there is hardly any covered parking in La Tania, but it is a fab resort with some lovely chalets!

We booked in advance with the Tourist office - I think we contacted them via email "[email protected]". Can't remember how much it cost but it was worth it - it is basically an underground multi storey car park underneath the tourist office and you get allocated a bay - you can come and go as you please as you hire it for the week.

Not sure if there is an underground carpark but a very good friend of mine has ski dazzle in La Tania and she will be most helpful. Ask for Sally Anne!

Very helpful - many thanks!

When are you thinking of going? And do you think you would prefer a chalet, hotel or apartment? Le Ski are a great company if you would like a fully inclusive package. If it is an apartment that you are thinking of then let me know and I will put my thinking cap on although from memory the beauty of La Tania is that there is great access to the skiing from most places :)

Thanks - we often go to Courchevel 1850 - in fact going back there @ Half Term, but as we are not into night-life - would prefer somewhere quieter, still with access to three valleys, ski-in/ski-out. self-dreive, hotel or shared catered chalet, with covered parking Grin for Easter 2011/Jan 2012/Feb 2012...
