We plan to drive from Stuttgart to somewhere in Austria for a few days over our half term (which is not German halfterm). Never been there before, used to busy french resorts, 11 yo is good skiier, 7 yo is just beyond a beginner. we probably won't want childcare but just play it by ear. Any suggestions of good places? cheap, don't mind if s/c, chalet, hotel, anything really.
