Looking at booking a family ski holiday for easter 2011.Children (5ys and 6yrs) havn't skied before although we are reasonable skiers. Our 5 yr old boy is autistic. He attends mainstream primary but with a fulltime T.A. I think his issues with skiing will be the length of time in the cold. A 2.5 hr ski lesson would be too much. I think he would need to have some option to go inside. We have been thinking of Are, Sweden as looks very childfriendly and as Easter is late should have snow!
Any advice either on Are, or on childcare for our son would be much appreciated!

tbh I would look at somewhere high but further South if cold is a consideration. Friends took their SN son with Esprit and he had a great time skiing in a group for younger than his actual age.
