There's an acronyms list If you look at the top under Mumsnet Talk.

But DD - Darling daughter
DH - Darling Husband
DS - Darling son
YABU - You are being Unreasonable
YANBU - You are not being unreasonable.

Yes, I outed myself at work by referring absentmindedly to DH - colleague looked up, winked, and murmered, "Yes, you are being unreasonable".

Snigger - I commented to a friend that something had made me 'snurk' and she gave me a strange look. Five minutes later she found a way to bring the word 'norks' into the conversation...
