My active conversations got stuck at 7.42pm on Monday night...how to rectify???

So when i click on active, the threads shown are those active at 7.40ish on monday night, if i click on individual boards they are up to date, just not the active convos. Ay advice on how to rectify?? thanks!

When that happened to me once I realised my date/time on the computer was wrong. When I reset that my active convos returned to normal.

Aha! I think that is half the answer! that is definitely the casue of what went wrong - I did reset the date by mistake (was working some dates out on the calendar) at that time - but the next day I corrected it. but it seems active convos hasnt realised that! Wonder how to make it realise we are back at the right time???
