Okay, maybe the OPS are doing this, but I see at least two threads that are exactly the same in Active convos:

I always assume this stuff is people pressing refresh as the "posting" page loads, it's easily done

Tee I am the OP for the morning sickness one and that was my fault I accidentally pressed the Create Conversation button twice (I wasn't paying attention)!
