I have found they do work quite late - havd had replies late in the evening.

I once reported a post on someone's behalf, and I wondered if I was disturbing them too late/inappropriately. (the lady had had a mc and was distressed that she was still getting the pregnancy type e-mails and I wanted to stop them straightaway because it was distressing for her)

Anyway, I got a very prompt and lovely reply.
