Weekly Round-Up

Hiya,

Don't seem to be getting the weekly round-up email anymore.

My preferences are still set to YES for everything.

Can you remind me what I can do to troubleshoot?

Your prefs were set to yes for "block all email from MN"
You should be getting a roundup from MP on Friday (if her DD's okay) but no parenting news this week cos it's 1/2 term

I've not been getting my weekly round up letter either. When I looked at my preferences, you said my email address (not changed) wasn't working. It is.
I have re entered it exactly the same. Would you try again, please?

Mines is the same, everything set to recieve emails but havent had one for months.

cloudedyellow: you did the right thing - that will tell our server to try sending emails to you again. Fingers crossed for the next one!

clayre: we've just checked for you and can see that your preferences were set to block all emails and newsletters. We've just reset them for you, so you should be back on the list now.
