Avoiding name-change copycat

If I name-change, how do I know if I'm picking something close to someone else's name? Apart from endlessly clicking through the boards to see if there's anything similar.

You go for the one you want and if it's similar to someone else and they are bothered about it they'll usually either CAT you or start a thread calling you a copycat biatch and demanding you change (or they might just ask nicely).

thanks Pineapple!

(going off now to wait for copycat bitch messages)

If it's the same then yu won't be allowed it so will know not to do a similar one.

If you chose, for example "mumwithmonsters" and i found out i would start a thread bitching about it asking you to change coz "I was ere first"

Just pick one you like and run with it.

Lol

Yes. Balls.

I did try the Search first but it doesn't give 'partial' matches.

Hey ho. Back to the 'old me'

I have also noticed lots of posters being told within a thread that they may want to change name as they are too similar to a long-time poster.
