It just means the server is too busy to respond. It sort of self-monitors and when it sees it's getting a bit distressed it closes down and restarts itself (not to over-anthropomorphise or anything). If you see this message, just try again - it should right itself within a few seconds.

I get it quite alot.

Just do what tech says or switch off pooter and start again.
