Highlight In Bold Posts made by Person Who Started THread???

when following a thread i often wonder how the original poster is getting on...its ok on a short thread but some are so long that it's impossible to scan quickly....

....so i got thinking...could all the OP posts automatically either have an icon next to them...or their name go in BOLD
(also nice to just know that the person posting is the OP...IYSWIM!!!!)

It could be a customise option perhaps to show op's posts in a tint?

Yes it would be helpful. I don't always want to read the full thing but want to know what the op has said

I just search for "by postersname" using the browser Find option.

I'd much rather have a Quote function. It's the one thing MN is genuinely lacking.

Yes you do, it's usually in the posts before theirs.

I don't mean MN search, I use the one in my browser (CTRL F) where it finds incidences of text on the page.. If I need to see a post they're answering, I scan down - this wouldn't change if their posts were highlighted in some way, you'd still have to search for what they're replying to.
