Hellooooo, I can't seem to move a hidden topic back to topics I can see ...

I'd like to look at the Christmas topic now (having hidden it when it was first created back in August or whenever it was!) but I can't seem to do this. I went into Customise, clicked through as directed, but then couldn't get to the place where you can see all the topics and whether you've got them hidden or unhidden.

Can you help please?

Hello bibbitybobbityhat - glad to hear you're feeling more festive

OK, so you go to Customise. Then scroll down to the bottom and click on the 'here' link under 'Ignore topics in Active Conversations'

This takes you through to another page. At the top of that, you should see two boxes: in the right-hand one, you should see all the topics you've chosen to hide.

Find Christmas in there. Double-click on it to highlight it, then click on the 'Move selected to Included' button.

That should do it.

Oh thanks! Turns out I was in the right place, I just didn't see the boxes under all those acres of white space .
