think norma's been having a bit of a stressed time. you'll get it soon enough im sure, just have to be patient im afraid.

I know this is taking up ALOT of Norma's spare time - not that she has much!! She has also just started a fulltime job. I am sure your email will arrive soon DisElfchanted3

Do you think it may be better she passed it onto someone else if shes just started a new job? I wouldn't want to be her at the moment!

I think she's done most of the hard work now Dis, it's just the loose ends that need doing - like your address

It could be that she's waiting for the address from the nominator. I know there was a fair few of those to chase up.
