I do a search, click on the thread I want and it takes me to the forum list

What browser are you using? And are you in Classic or MN New?

i'm using google chrome and i don't know the difference between classic and new so i'm guessing new?

Ok, forgive the possibly patronising question, but are you definitely clicking on the thread title or could you be clicking on the Topic title above it (which would take you to the Forum list)?

When I check: Search and display thread titles and messages.
It works fine. Sorry for being a dummy!
