Hi, I have just realised that I don't get the round up any more by email. Is this right? I checked on my settings and I am down as receiving it. And yes I've checked my spam.
I would really like to get it again, as I don't always have time to get on MN and it always makes me smile.
Please can you sort this
Thankyou!

Hi thepuddingchef

We've been suspecting for a while that there may be some gremlins in the MNHQ email-sending-out machine - which we working hard to fix - but, in the meantime, this is what we're suggesting people do (you get to skip the first two because you've done those already!):

  1. Check your Spam folder. Even if MN stuff's never ended up in there before.
  1. Check your preferences in My Mumsnet. Click on Email options - and check you've selected to receive what you want to receive.
Then click on Your details - have you got a message in red, saying previous attempts to email you have failed? If you have, try just clicking Save Changes - that will tell our system to try sending emails to you again.
  1. See if you can tweak your Spam settings. If you use Aol, Hotmail or Yahoo, we have some suggestions for you here
  1. Add the following addresses as contacts to your address book.

(Please note that, where it says "yourid", you need to substitute your unique Mumsnet registration number - which you can find by going into My Mumsnet and clicking on registration details.)

For Talk Roundup:
[email protected]

For Parenting News newsletter: [email protected]

For Pregnancy emails:
[email protected]

For Child Development emails:
[email protected]

  1. Sign up for a Google Gmail account. It's free and they have a good track record of accepting Mumsnet's emails.

Hope that helps. And, if all else fails, you can at least read our weekly newsletters and Talk round ups here
