If, 3 years ago, I had tried to namechange to 'DavidCameron' what would have happened?

Are the names of people likely to appear on webchats protected in some way? How do you predict them? If someone had called themselves DavidCameron before he was even the leader of the Conservative party what would have happened? Would the name have been taken from them?

funny, i was just thinking this. If they announce someone is coming in for a chat, do they keep the name or could we 'swoop' in and inch it in advance?
