Search results not working

When I've done a search on a word and then click on one of the threads that comes up I am getting the talk topics page instead, every time. Anyone else getting this?

Hi JimmyMcNulty - that does sound odd.

I've just tested it in Mumnset New and all seems well. Are you using Classic?

Log out and log back in again. Instead of searching on a word, click advanced search. This should solve it

Hi, I've just logged out and in again. But when I initially looked in my 'threads I'm watching' and clicked on this one, it took me to the talk topics page then as well. I've managed to get into this thread again using advanced search on my name. Weird.

Not sure if I'm Classic or New... had a look through MyMumsnet but can't see how to tell.

It's been going on since the latest round of changes. I've complained several times. Several others have complained several times. Each time 'it's being looked into'.

I am having difficulty with search results: if I search on a poster's name (to see if they have been posting recently), it seems to come up with a random set of results - none of which include posts by the poster I was looking for

I am using Mumsnet classic on Firefox.
