As a few other things are being revamped at the moment, could you take a look at the disclaimer on the Legal/Money Matters topic please?

I have never been happy with the words 'Mumsnet has not checked the qualifications, experience, or professional insurance of anyone posting on Mumsnet and cannot be held responsible for any advice given on the site' because this could be construed as meaning that individual posters may be held responsible.

As a professional who does provide advice backed by indemnity insurance (but not on Mumsnet) I would be much happier with 'Anything posted on Mumsnet is for information only and does not constitute professional advice.'
