odd search stuff

I've just done a search and when I clicked on the thread (to go back into it) I went to the MN home page!

just tried again, same. the links when i hover don't look rightso i assume the talk homepage is the default

Hello. That's a bit odd, StealthPolarBear.

We've just done a little test in MN New and MN Classic and it seems to be working OK from this end.

Is it still happening to you?

I had this the other day, when i clicked to search after typing in, it went to the topic index... very strange

Yes, just tried it again, I searched:

titles only
for thread titles containing the word "Durham"
in the last month

this is kinda weird. Lemme see if we can find out what's going on.

Also, I can't "choose topics" - I tick the box but no topic list appears. If I click search anyway I just get messages in all topics.

I have given up trying to use search - it hasn't worked for me for ages. If I execute a search I get a list of results but can only go to the topic not the thread. And I can't choose topics to search either.

Any idea?

Am using firefox by the way.

shold have said i'm using IE6

The search is not working at all now. It finds results (randomly) but if I click on the thread it takes me back to the talk topic list.

Any idea when this might be fixed?

Hi - apologies for this - BigTech who was on it, has galavanted off to Brazil with a ring in his pocket (thus possibly never to return) so we'll see if YetMoreTech can have a look and shed some light.
