Tip of the day problem?

Does anyone else have this error message on the right hand side under "follow mumsnet on"?

and it is also a bit odd that as I type in this box only one word at a time shows on the line, when I start to type the next word, the revious word gets shunted back up to the previous line.

Hi, just to let you know I've asked tech to come back to you tomorrow. Out of interest though, which browser do you use? I use Firefox and the tip is displaying fine for me.

Typing in box issue seems to have resolved itself too, good job as I made a right pig's ear of secribing what was going on...

Actually, there IS no tip of the day on my Talk, only on the MN homepage. Is that right? On the RHS I have:

I have to admit to not really noticing these much, especially Mumsnet Local - is that new? I also have a Firefox add blocker and use Classic.

While I;m at it...... this "add your message" box is only about a third of the width of the screen, I am sure it used to be wider, as there is a big white space on the RHS after the tips on posting info stuff. Erm?

I know poor old tech is up to his eyes in it so this is just a vague query rather an a demand for urgent action!
