MNHQ - me again

I am logged in (obviously) and yet when I click on a link in a thread to another mumsnet thread it shows up those pages and boxes again and tells me I'm not logged in. SO I am logged in on the original thread, but can't read the linked to thread because it's saying I'm not logged in.

Well actually I could read it, I just don't like the pages and the box at the top saying what the OP is and can never figure out if the thread underneath the box is the first or newest thread. Ok I'm waffling now aren't I?
point is, before the mistakes changes, if I clicked on a link to a thread, i I showed up as logged in but now I'm not.
I'll go now shall I?

Hi Saltire, so, can I just clarify? You log in and then click on a thread and it tells you you're not logged in?
Does it happen on every thread? Can I risk stating the obvious and suggest shutting down your browser and then opening it back up?

Hi catherine.
What happens is this. I log in and go to talk. Then I open a thread, which is all ok.I have it set so that threads don't appear as pages. In that thread is a link to another MN thread. When I click on that link it shows up as pages, and states that I am not logged in, whilst also in the linked thread, if I try and access someones prolifle it tells me I can't because I'm not logged in.
If I close the linked thread down and try to access a profile I can because I'm logged in on the original thread.
Does any of that make sense
