what was it on?

have you clicked your 'threads I started' button

SoupDragon · 10/06/2005 17:37

Some do disappear but generally not that quickly.

Which thread was it?

swiperfox · 10/06/2005 17:40

It was called something like Swiper's mouse house update..... not exact but along those lines - have tried searching swiper, mouse house, mouse, house..... cant find it anywhere!!

Maybe I dreamt it

archives? although its a bit early

starlover · 10/06/2005 17:41

ahh yes, i have found that you have to have the EXACT words for a search.

if a thread was called for example: my big boobies

and you searched "my boobies" it wouldn't find it.
very annoying

SoupDragon · 10/06/2005 17:42

This one?

SoupDragon · 10/06/2005 17:44

I searched archived messages for house posted by swiperfox.

SoupDragon · 10/06/2005 17:45

The MN search facility is, it has to be said, "less than perfect"

Janh · 10/06/2005 17:46

So it's not only easier to search archived messages (no need to mess around with Topics), it's more reliable!

I shall never look anywhere else in future.

You are, indeed, a Godess

lol [grin
