There was as far as I could see no personal attacks there. She was called Deb40 I think, and I've been posting there for a couple of hours, and now I can't find the thread.

Hi there - no you're not going mad. The OP asked us to delete the thread as she was concerned about it revealing too much info about her. Hope that puts your mind at rest !

What about the one by the dumped (in career terms) academic? Was that one a request from the op - which wouldn't surprise me 'cos it could identify her or was it a troll attack?
