nothing underneath "here are your search results"

just a blank page until the usual stuff at the bottom, no your search showed no results message/
also on 1 or 2 threads their has been stuff pasted onto the thread which I have not been able to read - again a blank space.
Am I missing some software here?

Which Search are you using - Advanced Search or the basic Search right at the top?
