Just had an e-mail around workplace about people using social networking sites and talking about work,as a disciplinary/sackable offence.Currently several disciplinary cases going on in org I work in,Occasionally post stuff (NOT NEG BUT REALISED MY SITUATION DOES MAKE ME SOMEWHAT IDENTIFIABLE TO REGULAR MN)Prob being paranoid but just in case.

Am namechanging and omitting any work details,not that I spell it out but if someone were to google my reg posting name I think I would be identifiable if that makes sense?
