I've hidden a thread by accident, how do I get it back please?

Bloody IPhone/podgey fingers malfunction.

I do this all the time on my iPhone!

Go to Customise, scroll down to Ignore topics in Active Conversations & click on the link on the word 'here' Scroll down again & you'll find a list of your hidden threads. Click Show & the thread will reappear in Active Convos (at least it will if it would have been there anyway)
