Why does my lay out keep changing??

I always go into Talk via last 15 minutes, and the usual lay out is easy to follow, but for the last few days it changes randomly, so that the topic header is in tiny letters, there is no clipboard and such showing.

The side panel is mostly white, with the date at the side?

I haven't changed anything, and sometimes its normal sometimes its not?

And I kep having to log in?

When I typed that message it was all strange lay out clicked post and back to last 15 and it was normal again!
