Why is my active convos only 10 threads long?

says last 50 but only showing 10?

Sorry, poopscoop - it's a glitch that seems to pop up randomly for some people.

We're trying to work out why.

Keep refreshing and it should sort itself out fairly quickly.

thanks helen, it went to 18 then back up to 50 after about 10 mins.
