Weird question about date CAT subscription expires

IdrisTheDragon · 24/07/2009 17:54

When I have sent CATs before on the page where you fill it in, it says when your subscrpition ends. When I have looked before it was a date a few days after the current date at the time.

When I looked just now (without actually sending a CAT) it says it expires on 26th July and I definitely haven't paid again. Do I have a perpetual subscription?does anyone else have this? And should I admit it anyway ?

Anyone else? Or am I special?

Did you buy it on July 26th 2008?

IdrisTheDragon · 24/07/2009 21:10

I have no idea when I bought it, but the thing is the date always changes.

I think I looked in May and it said it would expire in a few days time from then, but obviously didn't. At the moment it says July 26th but probably if I look in a few days time it will be July 29th or something like that.

I am puzzled

If you have CAT and aren't paying, the last thing i'd do about it is start a thread in site stuff.

sssssssssssssssssssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

HelenMumsnet · 28/07/2009 15:48

Hmm, Idris, we can see what you mean.

And we are investigating.

In the meantime, enjoy your apparently limitless CAT-ting. Thanks for being so honest!

whomovedmychocolate · 28/07/2009 15:50

Idris are you a mod on the local sites?

whomovedmychocolate · 28/07/2009 15:50

Sorry a tsarina?

IdrisTheDragon · 30/07/2009 22:23

I was a tsarina but stopped as I wasn't being a useful one

It expires on 1 August now

Suspect it might be, Idris.

Looks like a system loophole - but not for long!
