I have "threads I'm on" going back 10 days, but if I start a classified ad, it disappears after three days. This means that quite often I miss someone posting on it, annoyingly.

Is there any way that a classified ad started by a poster can stay on there for longer?

I would do it via Threads I started, but that seems a bit hit and miss as to which threads it chooses to show me. It has three threads in there at the minute, but I'm fairly sure I have started more than three threads recently!

Hi Lackadaisycal: I'm not sure why your classfied ads are disappearing off Threads I'm On - as far as I know, it should stay just as long as the other threads. We'll look into that for you.

I think you need to log out and log in again - this happens to me generally when the site is having a hissy - you get a lot less active convos and also on threads I'm on things vanish. But logging back in again seems to fix it.

Sorry Helen, to butt in!

Ah well you know the cookies don't seem to carry over when they update the site and if you don't log out and log back in for some reason it always goes wrong? (I'm sure Helen can tell us why that is but we'd probably fall asleep with the explanation because it's deathly dull geeky stuff )

And I think they did an update rather recently?

Hi, can I check if anybody has even looked at my advertising of myself as a childminder or on my advert to sell my uni books? How do I check this? Sorry new to mumsnet
