Whenever I use the search facility in Mumsnet local, I don't get ANY results - just 'Sorry, we don't currently have any listings that match your search'. Now I live in Glasgow, and I KNOW there must be events in Glasgow over summer. If I look on the map (ie show all local listings), I can see the little red markers for them. So why don't I get any results when I use the search facility? I've tried not narrowing it down to a location, ie leaving first field blank, or putting the district which i know is on a listing (eg Newton Mearns) and still get nothing. In fact the only way to find events that has worked so far is to put in the exact street name - but that probably means you know about the event already if you have that much info!
Anyone else from other local areas have the same problem, or is it just me/Glasgow?
And if this is a general problem, please please please can you fix it, Mumsnet? I'd love to know what events are coming up over the summer.
