What just happened?

I tried to post but the post vanished and then mumsnet vanished? For 10ish mins What happened? Did i upset someone at MNHQ and not know about it

Hi, not sure what happened there I'm afraid (but can asure you you haven't upset anyone!) Is everything ok for you now? Did the screen just go blank?

No I hit post and got a blank message box and a preview with coding in it. Tried going back and see if could rescue typing, retyped hit send and got an error message saying that there was no connection - the sort you get if a website is down or you forget to turn the internet on. Tried to call up home page from sisters computer and there was a simple message saying the connection was broken. It was a bit weird. Has also had problems with formatting on the Active talk page varying formats periodically. Don't know if it is this computer glitch or an overload glitch (well it was internet peak usage time). Hope that helps clarify.

Ooh, that happened to me earlier! Was ok afterwards though. I had Server Not Responding for 20 minutes at about 8pm too..

Mine did this too. Must be a gremlin in the system.

Did you fire the gremlin catcher? Are we to expect more of this. Tcth get a new one! else tell him to stop taking fag breaks and get back to work
