How long does a CAT take?

NBG sent me a CAT several hours ago and I still haven't found it?

HAve I done something wrong in my setttings or would that come back to her to tell her?

Or is it because they are not there this evening?

Which of course is OK as I realise they have lives outside us lot

But would like to know I have not stopped it happeneing

It depends who's looking, Kanga - sometimes they get through almost straight away but if it happens that everybody at mumsnet towers is out/busy then it takes longer.
