Weird. Try logging out and logging back in. Then just edit her DOB and click save and see if that fixes it. Otherwise send them an email (see bottom of page for contact button)

She's probably autosaved her login and so her cache hasn't refreshed - it's usually an Internet Explorer thang

No - I log in frshly each time, and I use two different computers and it's the same on both - grrr!

Any other ideas?

Hmm. PolkSaladLucie, that shouldn't be happening - it should be updating. Will get BigTech to have a look...
