have accidentally hidden a thread -how do I unhide it?

can't find anthing in customize

Topic Choice
Click the link above and it will take you to a page where you can select/remove topics.
Scroll down that page and you will find a list of individual threads you have hidden.
Click on the SHOW button next to the thread you want to make visible.
