For naughty stuff

Isn't the problem with that, that any troll-y type persons simply looking for titillation could immediately gravitate to that topic rather than having to snoop around a bit? Maybe that doesn't matter. I think it wouldn't be a bad idea otherwise, because it would be easier for people who didn't want to read the threads to hide the whole topic...

That would be my DH. He is a regular lurker on Relationships and gets most disappointed when we're all talking about, you know, emotions. Mind you, I do quite well out of his lurking on sex threads.

Noooo!

I like the randomness of the sex thread.

The fact that you'll find it sandwiched between Clarkes shoes recommendations and a ''Guess what came through my letterbox...?'' thread makes it so much better!

Please don't side line us pervs!

CatherineMumsnet · 30/04/2009 14:06

We're pretty sure this has come up before and the general consensus was no, however we can put it to the vote again if you'd like?

HelenMumsnet · 01/05/2009 12:49

Hello. We do think that, as many of you on this thread have pointed out, having a separate Sex topic might attract a shedload of pervs some rather strange posters to Mumsnet.

So we'd rather stick with the entertaining randomness (thanks, Last Orders!)of sex threads as they are.

might attract?
