How exactly do you get the discounts for mumsnet members?

I bought something from Boden recently, clicked on link through site to get my 10% discount and free delivery and I got neither, despite writing in the notes bit that I was ordering through mn.

Should I be doing something else?

I clicked through from here and at the checkout 10% was automatically deducted and free p & p. Doesn't work for sale goods though.
