Why can't i update my profile.

I'm trying to update my profile but it won't let me log on to ammend.

I keep getting incorrect password (which i know is correct) but then not letting me into the request password e mail reminder. I keep getting search not available.

lizziemum, are you signing in with your talk name, rather than your email address?

only asking because that's the mistake I always make
