Why can't I see special needs in active conversations?

I can't see an option wrt how to customise it...

I dont think it shows in active convos anymore, hasn't for a while as too many were replying to posts not realising it was SN and then causing offence.

You go to Customise. Scroll down a little way till you get to the bit about managing your excluded topics (or something like that). That takes you to the screen where you can choose to include/exclude topics. A little further below that box is an option to include Special Needs. You click yes and it should come up.

That was a bit garbled. Sorry!

  1. Click on Customise near the top of the page.
  1. Scroll down to Active Conversations and Topics sections.
  1. Click on the 'here' next to "Ignored topics"
  1. Scroll down below past the big box with all the topics listed and there is an option to add SN to your Active Convos.
