I want to win shoes but I can't think of any handy lifestyle tips.

Just put anything you like - if you look at the 'More mumsnet tips' you'll see a few mad ones.
I wonder if they choose which one is going to be tip of the day or if they just sort of rotate...

BalloonSlayer's today is brilliant.
I first found out about MN because of a selection of MN tips which were reprinted in a newspaper. One of them was 'It is ok to draw a moustache on your baby for fun, but don't do it in permanent marker the day before the health visitor comes.'

Aww, the tips are getting their 15 mins of fame, it's great. We choose them, rather than rotating them, but revamping the site had made the 'system' go a bit doolally and now we're getting it sorted (although the link to all the new tips from the homepage not fixed yet) hence new tips.

But not really working today, so current tip can have 24 hours of fame. Please keep them coming, they're great
