I was talking to a friend today who is setting up a business. She said she'd been to a talk by this amazing woman who had set up this website called "Mumsnet" <cue me wondering whether to fess up or not . Anyway, she said she thought you were brilliant and inspirational, and the bit she has really taken to heart was your advice to just let the business grow organically. Just thought I'd let you know.
